Selangor FC will face Penang FC in the 11th match of the 2025/26 Super League season today at Stadium Bandaraya Pulau Pinang at 9.00pm.

This will be the 131st meeting between the two sides, #PENSFC. The Red Giants have won 78 matches and drawn 21. In addition, a total of 274 goals have been scored in encounters between the two teams.

According to Selangor FC Head Coach Christophe Gamel, he wants the team to remain focused on securing a win to improve the team position.

“Penang FC have quality, particularly in attack when they begin to develop their game. However, our focus is on delivering our best performance and working hard to secure the victory tonight,” Gamel said.

“Although the season is still long, based on our results so far, it is important for the team to collect three points in this #PENSFC fixture. We need to stay on the right track and achieve the best possible position as the season progresses,” he added.

In terms of player availability, Sharul Nazeem will not be with the team due to an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury. Meanwhile, Zikri Khalili is in the final phase of recovery before rejoining his team-mates. Two players are suspended from tonight’s match; Fazly Mazlan (3rd yellow) and Mamadou Diarra (Red Card). The rest of the Red Giants squad are ready to challenge The Black Panthers and secure a win for the supporters.
